Exhibition Materials

Advertiser's are responsible for the content and use of legal images and trademarks within their content, Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) accepts no responsibility for their illegal or wrongful use. Advertiser's can send us their completed forms and we will upload them within a week of receiving them. All materials should be sent to "material@onlineexpo.co.za". It is the Advertiser's/Agency's responsibiltity to send all Materials in accordance with Online Expo's specifications, which can be found in the Welcome pack.

Copy/Creative Acceptance

Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) reserves the right to reject any exhibiton material for any reason. All Exhibitors' and materials are subject to the approval of Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) .

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are non-refundable.

Liability Limitation

Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) accepts no liability for any damages caused in whatsoever manner relating to content, pricing, promotions, as well as use of the website.We will however ensure that our work is as accurate as possible and that images view as close to the original as possible. We will not held be liable for any damages or issues relating to the use or content of other websites linking from onlineexpo.co.za or our monthly e-Magazine "Business E-Xposed".

Exhibition Payment Terms

The Advertiser/Agency agrees that payment for exhibiting will be upon exhibiting request.Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) reserves the right to hold the Advertiser and/or its Advertising Agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to Biz-e-Zine Communications C.C. (Owner of onlineexpo.co.za) , including all costs, attorney fees, and expenses incurred in collection thereof, without relief from valuation and appraisement laws.
